Beginner
I Pole Fitness:
This class is a 4-week session designed for first-time
pole dancing students to learn the basics in an encouraging atmosphere.
Students will learn basic spins, dance moves, and climbing techniques.
The class moves sequentially, adding new steps every week for
a full routine that will have you sweating by the end of class.
Must pre-register by the second week to join.

Beginner
II Pole Fitness:
This class is a 4-week session for those students that have learned
the basics and feel comfortable with the pole. Students will learn
more pole spins and practice linking them together as a fluid
routine. Must have permission of instructor to join.
Intermediate
Pole Fitness:
This class is a 4-week continuous session for intermediate-level
pole fitness students. Students will learn advanced spins, floorwork,
and basic inversions. Must have permission of instructor to join.
Advanced
Pole Fitness: This class is
a 4-week session for advanced students in pole fitness. Students
will learn a challenging routine incorporating spins, inversions,
and double pole practice. Must have permission of instructor to
join.
Just
the Basics! Drop-in Class: This
class is designed for beginners at pole fitness that are unable
to commit to class every week. Students will learn basic tricks,
dance moves and spins in an encouraging atmosphere. The class
is not sequential and will not develop a routine through each
week. Those interested in signing up for this class must call
8 HOURS IN ADVANCE to reserve a spot (see website for contact
details). 11 person max./ 2 person min. Cost for one class is
$25. One 4-class card is $80 ($20/hr). One 8-class card is $140
($17.50/hr). You may purchase your 4-class card online by visiting

cards expire after three months.
