SuperShag Pole offers personalized pole dance lessons with tailored goals, starting with a 15-minute warm-up followed by a 45-minute lesson. Our studio is dedicated to helping individuals of all levels discover the beauty of movement and dance through pole fitness. Cancellation Policy

SuperShag requires at least 3 hours' notice for any changes to your class schedule, including cancellations. If you cancel within 3 hours of class, you may lose your credit. Always cancel if you cannot attend. No Shows lose their credit.
